Your credit card will be charged
when you place your order. If we are not
able to fulfill your order for any reason
your credit card will be refunded.
You have two options for
processing your payment online for your
purchase on our website:
Credit Card:
Our Secure
Payment Page: Enter your credit card
information into our payment page. Our
payment page is 128-bit SSL secured, meaning
that all information is encrypted upon data
transfer.
PayPal:
PayPal Secure Payment Page: Enter
your PayPal account information - Your
payment will be processed through your
PayPal account. You will receive payment
confirmation from both us and PayPal.
Whether or not you choose to use PayPal is
entirely up to you. PayPal is a widely
accepted form of payment with thousands of
merchant accepting payment through them.
(i.e., internet shopping).

Please be assured that we
will protect your credit card information
and identity, regardless of the order method
that you select to use. Such interception is
always a risk when submitting your credit
card information over the internet. We have
made every attempt to limit the risk
associated with online purchases through

Our shopping cart is available 24/7 and is

will be present in the upper portion of your

enter your credit card number and expiration
date. The lock indicates correct functioning

Shipping
Policy
To You A Favor uses UPS for all our shipping
within the continental
United States.
We've found that UPS provides the best value
and reliability for our customers. Our
main website only ships within the continental
48 United States. For shipments to Canada,
please see Canadian orders below.
Most orders ship within 6-9 business days from
when your order was placed. To You A Favor
has more than one supplier so you may receive your order in
multiple shipments. For personalized tags or item that are
personalized, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for
processing
If an item requires a longer processing/shipment time (more
than 1 week before shipment),
this will be stated in the individual product description for
the item. If this does not hold true you will be email
immediately for confirmation.

Shipping
Personalized Tags
Our array of tags includes
three shapes, eight designs, and fifteen
colors, which are punched with holes and
come with white cotton strings.
Favors with Personalized Tags
have a minimum 24 order requirement. If you
order no personalized tags, your favors will
come with a blank thank you tag shown in the
individual pictures if applicable. If
applicable this will be stated in the
description.
Personalized Tags have a 3-7
day turnaround and may be shipped
separately from your favors via UPS .
Carriers
We use the
following carriers to deliver our orders:
UPS: all orders to
48 continental
United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs.
Please note, all processing and shipment times are
estimates and are not guaranteed.
So please
allow enough time before your wedding date. We do offer 2nd
day.
Canadian Orders
All orders
delivered to Canadian addresses are shipped
once weekly. We've found the most
cost-effective way to ship to our Canadian
customers is to consolidate shipments and
minimize both import duties and taxes.
Consolidation adds up to 5 additional days
for shipping but results in a flat $16.95US
additional charge for duties and taxes.
For all Canada shipments, any shipping
charge under $50.00US (excluding $16.95US
for duties and taxes) will be charged at the
time of shipment. If the shipping charge
exceeds $50.00US, you will be notified by
email with the shipping quote. We ask that
you review the quote and specifically
approve the costs prior to processing for
shipment.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on
the weight of your products, and your location. Shipping is
calculated during checkout you will see the cost of shipping
before proceeding to final checkout. You will have a chance to
not place your order if you decide not to.
At this time, we cannot ship
outside the U.S.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped to
the state of Virginia (5.0%). This is due to the fact
that our Home office is in Richmond, Virginia area. All other
states are tax-exempt.
Order Tracking
When we receive tracking information from carrier we will
email tracking number to you.
Back Orders
In the event that an item is on backorder or
out of stock, you will be notified by email of the next
available date. When notified, you may exchange your items,
wait for the next ship date or cancel your order. We make
every effort to keep item availability up-to-date, from time
to time, items may be discontinued or backordered by our
manufacturer and we have not made the change on our website,
either due to time constraints or newly
discontinued/backordered items. If items are backordered, we
will let you know the projected availability/shipment date. If
you agree to wait for the items, we can hold your order until
the items are back in stock and can be shipped. In the
meantime, please keep in touch with us to make sure that the
items will still be available by the initial estimated
availability date that we provided to you. If you would rather
that we cancel/void the discontinued/backordered items, we
will do that at your request.
Cancelled Orders:
To cancel or change your order, just email us
with your contact information and order details. However, you
must let us know ASAP. Orders that have been processed already
(usually occurs within 24 hours) cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy (review policy)
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope
that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest
assured that you can return anything except personalized or
edible items please review information in our return policy. We want you
to be 100% happy with the wedding favors.
If you need
to return something, please send an email to
returns@toyouafavor.com
within 7-14 days of receiving your order for
authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns
within 7-14 days as long as the items are unused and in the
original packaging.
No Minimum
Order Requirement!
To You
A Favor has no minimum order requirement. Feel free to
order a sampler--just order one and don't forget to ask us for
ideas. Please note that some of our items are sold in
sets. Also if you are ordering items with personalized tags
they may carry a minimum amount, it will be stated on the
ordering page.
*Please
note that there is a shipping minimum cost
for all orders even if ordering just a few
samples.
